I’d never done a 1:1 tapping session like this before so I was excited and a little bit nervous before. I really wanted to work deeply with some issues and hoped that I could
do so with Lynley.
During the session, I was amazed at how fun and intuitive Lynley made it to work on some really heavy and challenging emotions and memories that came up. She made it all flow together and I really like the feeling of dealing tapping on the issue while at the same time digging into what was underneath. Some of the intuitive sentences that she added to our rounds really hit home and made me feel more compassion for myself and
the stories I’ve created based on my experiences.
The shifts in my internal voice after the session has been great! The way we worked through the memories, sentences, triggers, and patterns at the beginning of the session has helped me to find even more things to tap on after the session and it’s been so helpful to have done the groundwork in this way.
I loved the flow of the session and I felt super safe and ready to open up and be vulnerable even though I basically was revealing some of my darkest thoughts to a
stranger. Lynley made me feel at ease and comfortable and talked me through everything.
I would no doubt recommend this session to others and have already done so. You really get so much more tapping and digging done in this way and by having someone to hold that space and help you through the tapping rounds. I’d book another one in a heart-beat!

I grew up watching my parents work all the time, forgetting about their own needs and always feeling their struggling to make ends meet. And even though I knew starting a business was hard, I started my own coaching business about 18 months. It's been really tough, yet also one of the most fulfilling things I've ever done. However, I've held onto the limiting belief that business is hard. In just 2 hours Lynley's EFT session provided me TONS of clarity around that belief, and helped me move past much of it. I'm really grateful for the powerful session and Lynley's warm and welcoming presence.
I have been working with Lynley for the past couple of months with tapping. My biggest issue was lack. After tackling some other childhood issues, I was ready to face my lack mentality. Our last session 2 weeks ago began the process of me being able to let go but I could feel it wanting to stay there.
Lynley offered to try the Tapping Tree - a more lengthy but also stronger process. I had never heard of it but so far all of my sessions have been amazing with her, so I decided to go with her suggestion.
You just have to experience it for yourself.
When we started the exercise, I took a look at my beliefs and was confronted with such negativity. It was hard for me to accept that I had been thinking that way for so long. I was ready to let it go but wasn’t sure this would actually work since nothing else had ever completely gotten rid of it (I have been working on this for YEARS).
But by the time we were finished tapping, the lack mindset was completely gone! No joke. I felt a release and emotions came pouring out bc I was so joyful to move forward in life without these limiting thoughts holding me back.
Lynley’s work is truly amazing and this Tapping Tree exercise changed my life. It’s not something I could have done on my own. She was there to guide me and hold space for my feelings and I am so grateful.
My only regret with my tapping session with Lynley was that I wished I would've done it sooner. I felt such a shift in my emotional and mental state following the session. A feeling of expansion and grounding. I came to her with a focus on money and wanting to heal the energy and limiting beliefs I held around money. I was able to do some deep releasing and have a new sense of clarity and vibrancy not only with how I relate to my finances but also in my relationship and career goals.
